A Day of Fun & Connection for Our Young Carers!
We’re thrilled to share highlights from our annual Young Carers event, organised in partnership with the African Community Centre, YMCA Swansea and Neath Port Talbot Young Carers Service.

The event was filled with exciting activities, offering young carers a much-needed break and a chance to connect with each other.
From games to group activities, it was truly inspiring to see these young people bond and offer feedback on ways we can better support them. A huge thank you to everyone who came out and made the day unforgettable.
